This curry oil is the perfect condiment to drizzle over potatoes, salads, roasted veggies, noodles, rice, eggs, etc.
You could also use it to cook things like eggs and noodles.

- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/4 teaspoon MSG (optional)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Add the curry powder, turmeric, salt, and MSG (if using) to a small pot over medium heat.
Toast for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour in the oil and let it sizzle. Cook for another 2 minutes, or until the spices begin to darken a bit. Stir well.
Take off the heat and allow to cool.
Let sit for at least 1 hour before using.
Store in a cool dark place for up to a month. Enjoy!
