1/2 lb nettles

1/2 lb spaghetti or linguine

2 garlic cloves

1/2 lb ricotta cheese

1/2 tbsp butter

Zest and juice of one lemon

Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper

Chili flakes, parmesan, lemon zest to garnish
